Kiss Kis Ko Pyar Karu is a romantic Hindi movie starring Rishi Kapoor and Ameesha Patel. The film tells the story of Guddi (Ameesha Patel), who has fallen in love with Kishen (Rishi Kapoor) but doesn't know how to get his attention. Though she's aware that he's married to Neeta, Guddi must learn to take chances and confronts him while he is out on the golf course. She then teams up with Raaz (Anupam Kher) to convince Kishen that she's worth his attentions, but despite their efforts, her advances are rebuffed. However, after Guddi overhears her husband having an argument with his golfer brother over the latter's infidelity, she realizes that Kishen is the same person she met at Neeta's house. Kishen decides to get back together with Guddi and reveals that he had seen her dancing with Raaz and had gotten jealous of him, but eventually forgave him after she promised to get involved in his affairs only when they were together.

The film's soundtrack contains six songs, all composed by Himesh Reshammiya. It features Nikhil Upadhyay, Badshah, Mayuri Kango and Talvin Singh as additional singers. The album was released by T-Series on 4 November 2011. The tracks "Meri Nazron Mein", "Vikram Aur Veer", "Manmaar Maara" and "Tum Jo Mil Gaye" were released on 3 November 2011 on All India Radio station (AIR). The song "Meri Chahat" was released on 28 October 2011 on the Radio Mirchi website. The music rights were bought by T-Series.
The film was dubbed and released in Telugu as Kshana Kshanam starring Nara Rohit and Sneha Gowda in the lead roles. The film was released on 1 December 2011 under the Aditya Tirmar Movies banner. Although it received negative reviews, the movie opened to good reviews from critics stating that it should be a blockbuster at box office. At Box office it did not perform well, due to the release of another film Gunday which was a huge hit at box office. However, many people appreciated the way it was presented and direction by Shankar.
The official trailer of the film was released on 8 October 2011, but still didn't get good reviews from critics. The trailer showed that Ameesha Patel looks 'more trim' in this movie compared to how she was in her last movie 'Golmaal 3'. There are also no songs in this trailer which shows that there will be no songs from Himesh Reshammiya. It received negative reviews from critics and failed at box office.
